Pureindividual: the reversal from within

Executive coaching

Despite our tendency to fall back on leadership based on power and control during times of crisis, today’s current climate demands a very different solution. Leaders who know how to tap into their fullest potential and that of others for the sake of the greater good and not simply the gratification of a small minority. Leaders who know how to connect people beyond borders on a basis of shared passion. Who are willing to provide guidance as the future continues to unfold. Not by using the illusion of control, but through a clear vision, presence and surrender to the process. It calls for people who are firmly rooted and are aware of their personal qualities, convictions and drawbacks.

Offer. I  help leaders in organisations navigate the realm where the personal and organizational intersect. I do so using individual coaching. An individual programme can work well with team and organisational supervision. Organisational constellations can prove tremendously enlightening, too.

Individual guidance

Organisations are ideally suited learning places for the individual. After all, we are continuously interacting with others within organizations. Our relationships and our work reflect who we are at a given moment. We put ourselves into our work, both consciously and subconsciously. Sometimes we run aground and we need someone to lend a hand. But even in the absence of specific problems you may want to pursue further development as an individual .

Offer.   I coach individuals in organisations in the area of personal development. An individual programme can alternate very effectively with a group workshop. Organisational constellations can prove to provide a surprising amount of insight, too.

If you want to be a leader, you have to be a real human being. You must recognize the true meaning of life before you can become a great leader. You must understand yourself first.
Confucian theory of leadership
Level 5 leaders are: modest and willful, humble and fearless
Jim Collins, Good to Great
Those who have led their organizations into new ways often say that the most important change was personal. Nothing would have changed in their organizations if they hadn't changed.
(M. Wheatley in Finding our Way, leadership for an uncertain time)
